We worked closely with the Nakisa team to build a solution that would fit the size and requirements of a corporation like Nestlé and that would bring value to other similar organizations in terms of scale and accuracy. Nakisa has a lot to offer in terms of flexibility, user-friendliness, ERP Integration and its cloud solution.
We were looking for a tool that would help us with org diagnostic. We wanted to be able to look across the organization and see things like our composition in 10 years, or levels across layers. We struggled to do that ourselves internally at the time. We created org charts manually in PowerPoint and we were looking for an org design tool that could visualize the organization in different ways. Nakisa Workforce Planning helped us with that.
Nakisa is excellent software allowing us to be more efficient with all our rent payments, to do better follow-ups on our deadlines, renewals, deposits, etc. The software allows us to create custom-made reports to be used with our financial statements. These reports are also good tools to communicate information to various divisions in order to help them with their budgeting. The software is very user-friendly. In short, it is essential for our real estate department.
We have decided to team- up with Nakisa to facilitate the transformation of COTY. The highly visual and user-friendly interface will facilitate the work of HR and management allowing them to focus on designing the best organization for the future.
Nakisa allowed us to close our books a week before month-end. Now anyone can easily run a report the last week of the month to verify depreciation, cost centers, and other aspects and ensure they are all correct. We are starting to use the automation of contract uploads and mass lease modifications, and they are going to be a huge win for us.
We come from Singapore – a different area, different culture, and different ways of doing operations. Despite all that, Nakisa works perfectly for us without customization. The system adjusts to our needs, and Nakisa’s team has been very understanding and open…I can see that end users do more value-added jobs now. They don’t need to chase the real estate team for lease information or perform manual data entry. Instead, they validate data and close efficiently. For example, month-end closing is now twice as fast with Nakisa, saving 50% of man-hours.
We selected Nakisa to comply with IFRS 16 requirements and we were very pleased with the tool’s wide range of disclosure reporting capabilities for these requirements. As well, by automating and centralizing our lease accounting process, we wanted to keep the workload low, particularly given the diversified users and entities working with the solution. Nakisa is an intuitive application that is able to handle all types of leases. We also found it to be the only solution that comprehensively operates in multiple currencies which is ideal for our global business requirements.
All in all, the [reorg] process could take up to 38 days to complete an org change. With the writeback, the end-to-end org change process now takes under 5 days. The enablement of the writeback removes all the manual processing and automates information sharing between stakeholders. It is a huge win for our HR group.
Nakisa is a user-friendly system. We can easily set up new companies, add contracts, and manage suppliers. Even when discrepancies arise. The system’s intuitive design allows us to quickly identify and address them. We’ve also received positive feedback from our employees about the system’s ease of use and the effective support we get from Nakisa.
We’re using Nakisa’s mass update and mass lease modification for the automation of our processes. One of our entities also utilizes the mass import tool for efficiency. With our current SAP integration, we no longer have to wait for the fixed asset team to run the lump sum SAP depreciation, which is a significant improvement for us.
