Administrator and train-the-trainer programs are available through remote and onsite offerings. These programs are designed to accelerate user adoption and get you independent on day-to-day operations.

How do I create my first org chart with Hanelly?
It’s so easy! Simply create an account, download the excel template provided and copy paste your list detail into the temple. Please keep the format as given. Click on publish and your org chart will be created and displayed. Within the application we have useful tips, how-to videos and a great user guide. If you need some real time interaction, please just reach out in the chat tool.
What is an employee?
Any employee record that you publish in your org chart through Hanelly. This can be all employee’s organization wide, down to just one team in one location who thought Hanelly would be useful!
Does Hanelly integrate with my HCM/ HRIS platform (ie Workday)?
The short answer is yes. You don’t actually need integration to get started with Hanelly. Use the in-app excel template and you’ll be able to publish your org chart straight away.
However, if you would like full integration with your HCM/ HRIS solution (eg. WorkDay, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors or any other solution) then we will be happy to implement for you. Please contact us on [email protected] and our team will get started.
How long after I start the process before I can publish my org chart?
You’re 4 steps away! Simply create an account, download the excel template, upload your data and publish. If you have any additional questions or special requests, our consulting team are on hand to make that happen.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export your data, org chart, analytics, reports etc in various different formats such as PDF and editable Power Point. You can also choose to share information securely with your stakeholders from directly within Hanelly.
