Nakisa Releases OrgManagement Series 4.0 using the Microsoft .NET Framework
Montreal, Canada – November 12, 2004 - Nakisa, a leading provider of web-based organization management solutions, announced today the release of Nakisa OrgManagement Series 4.0. The release provides Nakisa customers with a clear path for migrating their organization management applications to the Microsoft® .NET Framework. This latest edition of the award-winning OrgManagement Series improves on the reliability, security, interoperability and capabilities of the solution, and adds special management features for Active Directory provisioning.

Nakisa OrgManagement Series is a rich set of visualization tools that enable executives, managers and employees to improve human capital analysis and manage organizational change. Users can easily visualize and model organizational hierarchy structure, business unit information, employee profiles and other human capital information through dynamic organization charts, employee directories and floor plan maps.

From Corporate Directory Services (CDS) to Nakisa OrgManagement Series
Montreal, Canada - October 4, 2004 - Nakisa, a global provider of web-based organization management solutions, has announced that its Corporate Directory Services (CDS) suite of products and solutions will be renamed to Nakisa OrgManagement Series. After a lot of consultation with clients and partners, Nakisa has responded to the demand of repositioning its brand product name to reflect its global organizational management solution offering that aligns human capital and corporate information with business strategy. In addition, the software products PhoneBook and Scenario has been renamed to Directory and OrgModeler respectively.

"The Corporate Directory Services name no longer incorporates the true representation of our solution offering." said Babak Varjavandi, President and CEO of Nakisa. "The name change truly defines the value of our series of organizational management solutions for our customers, from organization charting through to corporate directories and floor plans."

Nakisa Announces PeopleSoft Certified Integration for Organization Charting
Los Angeles, CA - June 24, 2004 - Nakisa, a leading provider of web-based organization charting solutions, announced today the release of a new PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT) certified integration between Nakisa's OrgChart 4.0 and PeopleSoft® HRMS 8.8.

Nakisa Announces Certified Integration with SAP
Montreal, Canada - May 21, 2004 - Nakisa, a leading provider of organization charting solutions, announced the release of a SAP certified integration between Nakisa’s OrgChart 4.0 and SAP HR-OCI. Nakisa OrgChart connects synchronously with SAP HR using XML Web Services, and provides single sign-on data access to dynamically visualize organizational hierarchies in real-time from information stored within SAP and presents it to users through a dynamic web interface. Users can browse through the entire organizational structure or select to view an organizational chart starting from a specific person.

Nakisa is the first certified vendor for the SAP XML-based organizational charting interface (HR-OCI). Nakisa OrgChart is released on 4.6C with MSS Business Package 50.4 (and higher). The interface enables integration to Nakisa’s organizational charting tools, satisfying a long standing request from SAP customers to enable users to display organizational charts as well as provide support for processes such as internal recruiting, employee transfers, and reorganization scenarios.

The integration is not restricted to the manager role and can be easily extended through the portal to all employees throughout the organization, including professional users like compensation specialists and HR business partners. The certified integration delivers access to organization management data for every user of the SAP Enterprise Portal and is launched from the SAP Manager Self-Service.
