An add-on module to Nakisa SuccessionPlanning, Nakisa HCM Dashboard provides at-a-glance views of key performance indicators for an interactive, real-time view of a company's overall workforce performance. This executive dashboard consolidates and presents employee, organization and talent-related metrics from any number of sources, including ERPs and data warehouses.
Nakisa Talent Management Series provides C-Level executives, HR leaders and Managers with a powerful, easy to use application to get a 360-degree view into their talent pool to manage succession and to execute talent initiatives. The Series integrates with ERP applications (including those from SAP and Oracle) to provide a consistent user experience and leverages existing ERP security infrastructures to ensure secure access to sensitive talent data.
