Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant and key member of Nakisa’s Global Field Operations team, you will work on Presales activities for Nakisa solutions in North America.  You will act not only as technical presales professional but a business expert and support customer sales cycles by understanding their business requirements and promoting the value proposition of Nakisa solutions to meet their requirements.  Working as a Solutions Advisor for specified industry/opportunity you will contribute to license/services sales and growing revenue for Nakisa.

Responsibilities

• Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements in order to propose solutions that can best meet their requirements
• Develop presentation material and demonstration scenarios
• Demonstrate the value of the solution and build a strong working relationship with both the customer prospect, SAP Partners and the Nakisa Account Team
• Actively support the sales teams in promoting and identifying solutions, articulating functional fit and completeness, responding to bid cycles, to the customer requests for information ( RFI-RFP)
• Contribute to pipeline and revenue increase of software and Services, through participation and coordination of demand generation activities, including customer workshops, SAP tradeshows and company events
• Attend industry seminars and events to raise Nakisa’s profile and remain up to date with new trends within SAP, our competitors, partners and the IT industry.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS
• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role with a large, multi-national software/technology organization
• Experience with ERP projects & knowledge of the HCM solution portfolio in presales, consulting or implementation roles
• 1+ years of experience in sales related activities (sales support, presentation, product demonstration, request for proposal, end user training)
• Understanding of sales cycle, customer motives and buying criteria
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Strong English and French).
• Strong presentation skills: capable and at ease presenting to different group sizes and audiences (from C level to support staff, to technical & non-technical, in public or private sector)
• Ability to partner across various functional groups including account executives, professional services, product development, marketing and strategic partners
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a complex matrix environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals
• Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, and self motivation
